Red Bean Soup

After having heavy meal, normally we will have some dessert. Some people loves to drink some soup as a dessert, but some people loves others. At hometown, my mum always will prepare this red beans as our breakfast, but nowadays we always stay at city area and seldom will taste my mum's cook. Therefore, everytime I back to my hometown, I will learn a lot of my mum style and her secret recipes. Haha...

Tonight, I want to share with you all is how to prepare a simple Red Bean Soup as same as figure below.

Red Beans Soup
Ingredients:
1 small cup red bean
1 small cup black glutinous
3 tsp sugar / organic sugar

Methods:
1. Wash and clean red beans and black glutinous together.
2. Pour 1 litter clean water together with red beans and black glutinous.
3. Cook it until boil then convert using low heat to cook another 1 hour.
4. In between, stir the ingredients inside the pot always to avoid the glutinous stick on the bottom of pot.
5. Add sugar into soup (depend on user taste).
6. Finish and ready to serve.
