Sometimes people will have unfeeling well and no good taste on food intake... Porridge is the best food intake for them. But most of times, I bought the porridge from restaurant is too salty, or too oily, or too water...
Here is my today simple dinner recipe to cook pork porridge.

| Pork Poridge |
1 cup of rice
Little ginger
Little portion pork
1 carrot
1 tsp seasame oil
1/3 tsp salt
Methods:
1. Wash the rice and then pour 1-2 litters water with 1 cup of rice into pot.
2. Cut the red carrot into small pieces, and cut the ginger into slices.
3. Put all these together into the pot with rice.
4. Cut the pork into slices as well.
5. Pour little seasame oil on top of slices pork.
6. After cook around 30-40 minutes, the rice become porridge, so put the slices pork into pot.
7. Put salt into porridge for taster better.
8. Done and ready to serve.
