In Taiwan , this dish is well known as Ay Chung Flour Rice Noodle (阿宗面线). Many tourists who go visit Taiwan sure will go to taste this noodle at Ay Chung Flour Rice Noodle shop which located at Xi Men Ding. I try it once during I visit Taiwan in 2009, but now I miss the noodle taste which I can't find the exactly same taste like Ay Chung Flour Rice Noodle in Malaysia area.
Never mind, today I cook this simple flour rice noodle at home. Of course this dish may vary from the origin, so I call this noodle as "Ah Qu Flour Rice Noodle (阿取面线)" because I don't have that small fresh oyster compare to Taiwan ...Haha...Made in Malaysia Version. This noodle very easy to cook, you can try is as well at home.
