Some people love to eat fried mee in Asian country, include me also. But every time we try to order fried mee at food court, we will found that fried mee is quite oily, and sometimes too salty. Of course, different people will have different taste, some people love to eat that kind of taste fried mee, and some people are not…

Tonight, I’ll show my simple dinner recipes which also known as “Fried Mee” by using homemade Egg Mee. This Homemade Egg Mee is made by own, and is free of MSG, free of preservative, and free of acid….

Below is the photo what I prepare it at home. It’s very simple and you also can try it at home.

Fried Mee
Ingredients:
2 persons portion Homemade Egg Mee
Little portion breast chicken
Little corns
Few green cabbages
1 carrot
1 tsp black soya sauce
½ tsp spoon salt
Some minced garlic

Methods:
1. Heat up a wok. Once wok enough heat, fry the minced garlic and follow by slice breast chicken.
2. Put green cabbage, slice carrot, and little corns together into wok.
3. Put little salt and black soya sauce before pour Homemade Egg Mee into wok.
4. Pour little water into wok and fry the mee until the water inside wok almost dry enough.
